Standard Return Policy
We follow a 14-day return policy as outlined by our fulfillment partner, Syncee. Retailers must notify us of their intent to return an item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags still attached
- Returned within 14 days from the date of return request approval

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products may be non-returnable, such as:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Health and personal care items
We'll clearly indicate this on the product page where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a product defect or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
